You’ll be in charge of:

- Collect and analyze the business intelligence and analytics needs of different audiences and propose solutions
- Identify and propose the most relevant KPIs, scores and segmentation
- Develop the retained solutions in partnership with the technologies and the business stakeholders
- Respond to analysis requirements from business lines and help them to improve their efficiency
- Answer data-related questions from various stakeholders
- Write analysis documents to support the business lines in monitoring their processes
- Implement new transformed data to ease their production and utilization
- Document the generation of information process in order to minimize the required maintenance and guarantee the sustainability of the data
- Participating in comprehensive data quality tests for sensitive information
- Translate the management vision to the BI team in charge of populating the data system
- Carry out small and medium scale analytical projects with the industries we work with

With the following qualification and skills

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in data science or business intelligence
- Knowledge of Python, SQL and R (required) as well as SAS (asset)
- Knowledge of the marketing field (asset)
- Proactivity in the search for solutions
- Autonomy in carrying out tasks
- Action-oriented
- Thoroughness
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good ability to understand, analyze, synthesize and produce solutions in a constantly changing context

- Bachelor’s degree in business intelligence, statistics, mathematics, computer science, actuarial science, administration or other related discipline.
